Returns

We have a 7-day easy exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you’ll be required to keep the product ready for pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with in 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange the pick up of the existing product with you. Once we receive it, inspect it, we’ll ship out the exchange product for you. 

You’re eligible for a free exchange for the first time only. Post which, you’ll be required to ship the product back to us at your cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of delay in the refund, please check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancellations

Once the order is cancelled, we cannot undo the cancellation request. In such a case, you will have to replace the order again.

In case the order is cancelled while the order is in transit, we shall process the refund only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
